Tile Flooring in O'Fallon, MO
Porcelain, ceramic and natural stone — the toughest, most waterproof surface we install, set straight and sealed right for floors, showers, backsplashes and kitchens.
When a room sees water, tile wins.
Sealed porcelain, ceramic and natural stone shrug off moisture, spills and steam, which makes tile the go-to for bathrooms, showers, kitchens, mudrooms and entryways — anywhere water and mess come with the territory.
It's also the most durable floor we install: a properly set tile floor lasts decades. And the options are nearly endless — big-format porcelain, hexagon mosaics, classic subway, wood-look planks and real stone.
The difference is in the prep. Level substrate, correct waterproofing behind showers, straight layout and clean grout lines — that's the part that makes tile last, and it's the part we don't cut corners on.
What you get with tile.
Waterproof when sealed
The right surface for showers, baths and kitchens — properly waterproofed and grouted to keep water where it belongs.
Endless styles
Porcelain, ceramic and stone in hexagons, subway, big-format and wood-look — patterns to match any room.
Extremely durable
A properly set tile floor outlasts almost everything else in the house — decades of hard use.
Great over radiant heat
Tile pairs perfectly with heated floors — warm underfoot on cold mornings, no cold-tile shock.
Tile, answered.
How much maintenance is the grout?
Less than you'd think. We seal the grout, and modern epoxy and stain-resistant grouts stay cleaner far longer. A periodic wipe-down and re-seal keeps it looking new for years.
Is tile slippery when wet?
It depends on the tile. For floors and showers we recommend textured or matte-finish tiles and smaller mosaics (more grout lines = more grip) so wet areas stay safe underfoot.
Can you do heated tile floors?
Yes — radiant heat under tile is one of the best upgrades in a bathroom or kitchen. We install the heating mat during the tile job so the floor is warm from day one.
How do you waterproof a tile shower?
The right way: a proper waterproofing membrane and slope behind and under the tile before a single piece goes on. That hidden layer — not the tile itself — is what keeps a shower dry for the long haul.
How long does a tile job take?
Tile takes longer than click-together floors because of prep, setting and grout cure time — often several days for a bathroom or shower. We'll give you a realistic timeline with your quote.
